This post covers the energy centre that isn't as anatomically-related as root chakra, however, many of the emotional aspects LS brings up can be found in this chakra.
Having written a book on chakras, I’d be remiss if I didn’t address the energy elephant in the room: the chakras involved in LS.
I think it's best we pull up a chair and clear the air around lichen sclerosus and cancer. It won't get heavy. I'm not a doctor.
Yet another reason to commit to a breath practice for LS. Honestly, between increased anxiety, worry, often sleeplessness and oxidative stress, switching into parasympathetic mode (rest and digest) through breathing practice offers a boon of benefits.
I didn't immediately look for research. I looked for women who had it, who were living with it. What was their experience? What had they tried. What worked for them?

These products run the gamut in price. The vulva-care world is your oyster. You don't have to spend a fortune though to find an effective topical for you.
