Stunning October morning full of good things 🍂 I LOVE September 🍂 When I want to clear the path in my life (for better health or creativity or relationships…), I move the energy. Whether through moving my body, my voice, my pen or the items in my home. Look at you, downtown Calgary… way over there 💖 True story. Those who have been here awhile know I was diagnosed with POTS/ dysautonomia (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) last year. What if you didn’t need a mountaintop to find peace — just a different way of seeing your life? Another “Don’t be sad it’s over, be happy it happened” moment. There is a kind of knowing that lives beneath thought and weaves itself through sleep. The Dreamtime.
