Yogi Chia Pudding

Taking the Chai Chia Pudding one spice higher.

In this recipe, chai tea meets health rockstar: turmeric

Intended as a sweet treat, I prefer to call it breakfast.

Also a satisfying afternoon or evening snack.

Yogi Chia Pudding

Into the blender:

  • 6 dates
  • 4 cups strong chai tea

Soak dates for 30 minutes (to blend easier and save your blender motor), then add

  • 3 tbsp coconut butter
  • 6-8tbsp or more of honey (sweeten to taste)
  • 1 cup chia seeds
  • 3-4 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 -1/2 tsp of ground black pepper

Blend until well-combined

Pour immediately into containers and chill overnight (though nourishing warm)
