It’s seems like a typo… Chai Chia!
The aroma of chai tea steeping in the kitchen makes me happy.
Let’s get to it.
Chai Chia Pudding
Into the blender:
- 6 dates
- 4 cups strong chai tea
Soak dates for 30 minutes (to blend easier and save your blender motor), then add
- 2 tbsp coconut butter
- 4-6tbsp or more of honey (sweeten to taste)
- 1 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder or extract
- pinch of salt
Blend until well-combined
Pour immediately into containers and chill overnight
Truth: often the pudding doesn’t make it into the fridge. We eat it warm (chia seeds will be chewy).
