“Creativity doesn’t wait for that perfect moment. It fashions its own perfect moments out of ordinary ones.”
Bruce Garrabrandt
The muse can be conjured.
Invited.
Invoked.
One of the mantras that has stayed with me all these years, is the mantra of creativity. Not just for painters and writers, cooks and potters, but for anyone who wishes to create their life.
I chanted this mantra every day for at least 40 days when I found myself stuck in writing practice or doubting my abilities. I let creative potential wash over me and fuel my writing.
The mantra contains all aspects of creative energy: the creator, the creating and the created.
Har Haray Hari Wahe Guru
Har is the seed sound of infinite creative potential.
Chant Har Haray Hari with a smile on your face and a clear invitation to the infinite creative energy to manifest in your life. Intensify your chant by lightly pulling in the belly with each Har syllable.
Follow along with this clip from my friend, kundalini yoga teacher, Tracy Gawley, to learn the practice.
May you create the most wonderful life. And may all beings benefit.
Wahe Guru!
