Your sensitive nature may have been hurt when you were young. A bully may have picked on you. It’s not your fault. You wear your heart on your sleeve…unless you’ve locked it away to save you the pain. In which case, it’s time to heal that wound.
Practice forgiveness, heal through the arts and creativity, find great friends and let your romantic nature fall back in love with life, with others and with you.
Learn to trust again. Changes at midlife may leave you feeling shaky, but you can find a way to trust this process.
Don’t swim against the current. Create a beautiful environment filled with music and inspiration and allow yourself to once again feel the flow of life.
Deepen your connection with the divine and trust your intuition. Practice Metta Bhavana for those who have hurt you, for those you love and for yourself.
Let your sensitivities and deep emotions inspire your art (whether that’s teaching people or coding software) and your life!
