Look at you, downtown Calgary… way over there 💖 True story. Those who have been here awhile know I was diagnosed with POTS/ dysautonomia (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) last year. What if you didn’t need a mountaintop to find peace — just a different way of seeing your life? Another “Don’t be sad it’s over, be happy it happened” moment. There is a kind of knowing that lives beneath thought and weaves itself through sleep. The Dreamtime. It saddened me to hear of Jean Houston’s passing in May. What if your purpose couldn’t reach you because you kept drowning it out with noise? In Radiant Lotus Women’s Qigong, we usually finish our practice with Kuan Yin Closing.
