“My teaching approach explores vitalizing the multidimensional human being through embodied movement, breath awareness, meditation & earth connection. It is my honour and privilege to guide you on your journey of Self-awakening through the practice of Yoga and through deep retreat experiences. As my teaching studies evolve and deepen, my core offering remains the simple practice of inhaling Gratitude, and exhaling Love. I honour my teachers Don (Brahmanand) & Amba Stapleton, Shiva Rea, Amarin Dawn, and many more in the yoga lineage. I honour Rahelio, Jose and Lena Stevens, the Kogi Mamos and many other of my teachers holding the shamanic wisdom ~ the teachings of the medicine path.”

“I believe our health is tied to Nature. What we do for one, we do for the other. My training and paths are many but my philosophy is simple:
Look after our planet. Look after our children. Look after ourselves. Look after each other.”
Please bring your own lunch and yoga mat (some mats will be on hand for use).
I look forward to a weekday retreat with you!
