For over 15 years I have enjoyed helping people achieve their health and wellness goals through exercise, nutrition, yoga, meditation, various forms of complementary alternative medicine, laughter and friendship.

We may begin on the bike to move big energy or we may bounce qigong-style. We will spend time on the yoga mat: stretching, strengthening, lengthening, releasing. We will balance through breath. We will tailor a nutritional plan.
And we will do this in the privacy of my home studio in NW Calgary.
Initial session is 90 minutes. We talk food, lifestyle, primary issues and goals. Then we get you moving, stretching and breathing. $125
Training sessions are 75 minutes. Here we get to work. $75 per session
As I’ve learned over 15 years, most people need the motivation and accountability of a personal coach to keep on track with their goals. You trust me to craft and tweak a program to meet your needs and lifestyle and I trust you to show up and do the work. This agreement lets me do what I love and give you my years of experience and training while freeing up your energy to focus on connecting with your optimal self and natural state of wellness. We work together for a period of time. As with most things, the more you practice, the greater potential of your outcome.

In my experience, 3 sessions per week over a period of 12 weeks provides the most substantial results.
